East Coast Packaging Limited is a locally owned and operated family business which has been servicing the Hawkes Bay region’s Horticultural and Industrial markets with their packaging, catering and janitorial needs for over 30 years.

Recent changes, such as our move to larger and more centralised premises on the corner of King and St Aubyn Streets, the strengthening of the Paklink Group, and group purchasing initiatives, have all contributed to our increase in market share within the packaging industry.

Berrypaks & Punnets

Berrypak punnets, great for displaying a variety of berries, are available in either white or clear, and come in various sizes, from 250 grams to 1.5 litres.

Rootrainers
Rootrainers are the perfect start for a wide variety of plants, especially those that require deep root runs and those that are sensitive to disturbance. These include trees and woody shrubs from seed or cuttings, herbaceous plants, annuals such as sweet peas and beans and soft fruit such as strawberries.

Hillson
The Hillson rootrainer is most used for commercial forestry lines where a small hardened plant is required for field planting.

Tinus
The Tinus rootrainer is most used for large seeded plants with a pronounced tap root or for amenity species with large leaves.e.g. Oak, Chestnut, Alder, Maple etc. or when a larger plant is demanded by the intended purchaser.
